ERETZ--Educational Program Series
Eretz is a combination of leadership training and a course in practical Judaism

Eretz is designed to prepare our Madrichim to take on leadership responsibilities in the Ezra community. The beginners’ course provides instruction in both theory and practice in leading group activities. A more advanced course is held to hone the skills of more experienced participants. Both courses are structured to have two parts, with half of every class focusing on group dynamics, activity forms, and practical exercises; second half is a discussion on an aspect of Jewish tradition, with focus on how it is practiced, lead by one of Ezra’s esteemed Rabbis.
